LEGAL & INQUIRY TERMS

Terms for distributors, repair shops and MRO buyers using Hydraulic Match.

These terms explain how website content, model references, RFQ submissions and written quotations should be interpreted. They support transparent hydraulic sourcing—not blanket compatibility claims.

Effective July 25, 2026Applies to website use and RFQ inquiries

Independent information and sourcing service

Hydraulic Match provides hydraulic component identification, technical comparison, supplier review and quotation support for business buyers. Website content is general information. It is not an engineering approval, installation instruction or safety sign-off for a specific machine or circuit.

Website and content use

You may use the site to review product categories, model references, technical guides and inquiry resources. Do not scrape, republish or misrepresent site content as manufacturer authorization, stock confirmation or a binding offer without a written quotation.

RFQ and inquiry information

When you submit an RFQ, email, drawing or nameplate photo, you confirm that the information is provided for sourcing review and that you have the right to share it with Hydraulic Match and relevant suppliers, inspectors or logistics partners needed to process the inquiry.

Compatibility and customer approval

Compatibility depends on the complete model code, technical parameters, interfaces and application conditions—not a series name or visual similarity alone. The customer remains responsible for final approval, safe installation, commissioning, regulatory compliance and acceptance testing.

Quotations and commercial terms

Unit price, MOQ, lead time, warranty scope, inspection, packing, Incoterms, shipping method and quotation validity are governed by the written quotation or order confirmation. Availability, supplier identity and lead time can change until an order is accepted in writing.

Inspection, packing and shipping

Inspection scope, photos, test records and export documentation depend on the quoted product, supplier capability and agreed commercial terms. Representative process pages on the website do not by themselves prove that a specific order was inspected or tested.

Accuracy and updates

We aim to keep general content accurate and current, but model revisions, supplier availability and commercial terms change. Product-specific confirmation in the quotation takes priority over general website wording.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hydraulic Match is not liable for downtime, consequential loss or installation decisions made without the confirmations recorded in the accepted quotation. Disputes should be raised promptly with the contact details below.
