Hydraulic Match is a pre-launch sourcing brand. A verified contracting entity is identified in a formal quotation before a transaction. Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to sales@hydraulicmatch.com.
Information we collect
We collect the contact name, business email, company, phone, destination, buyer role, product reference, model code, quantity, application details and files you choose to submit. Website security systems may also process IP address, browser and request data needed to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use submitted information to identify the requested component, review a possible supply route, communicate with you, prepare a quotation, coordinate inspection or shipping when requested, maintain transaction records and protect the inquiry service. We do not use uploaded technical files for public marketing or model-database content without separate permission.
Technical files and confidential information
Nameplates, product photos, drawings, datasheets and RFQ lists may contain confidential information. Upload only material you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers or unrelated personal records. Files are checked for permitted type and size, but no internet transfer is risk-free.
Service providers and supply-chain recipients
Cloudflare may process website, security and private file-storage data; Zoho may process inquiry-email delivery. Relevant technical details may be shared with candidate manufacturers, suppliers, inspection providers or logistics partners only where needed to answer the inquiry or perform an accepted order. Those recipients may be located in China or another country involved in the requested supply route. We do not sell inquiry data.
Retention
Unsuccessful or inactive RFQ records are normally retained for up to 24 months, and uploaded technical files for up to 12 months. Records tied to a quotation, order, warranty, legal duty or dispute may be kept longer for the applicable business or legal period. Backup and email copies can take additional time to expire. You may request earlier deletion where no overriding obligation applies.
Security controls
The inquiry endpoint limits file count and size, checks permitted extensions and file signatures, uses bot verification when configured, and can archive files in private object storage. Access should be limited to people involved in quotation and order handling. These controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
To request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw an inquiry, email sales@hydraulicmatch.com with enough information to identify the submission. We may need to verify the request and may retain records required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction evidence or dispute handling.
Policy changes
We will update the effective date when this policy changes materially. Before launch, the published legal identity, actual service configuration and retention operations must be checked against this notice.
